1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Zordon Intelligence Sp. z o.o., based in Łódź, Poland, VAT ID 7252358503, KRS 0001190915, e-mail: kontakt@szabloneria.pl.
2. What data we collect
When you create an account: your e-mail address and, optionally, your name. When you pay: transaction data (payments are handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers). When you use the Service: the content of documents saved in the cloud and technical logs (IP address, device type).
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to: (a) provide the Service and manage your account — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; (b) handle billing and issue invoices — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR; (c) carry out our own marketing, only with consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; (d) pursue legitimate interests, e.g. security — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Data recipients
We share data with providers of tools necessary to run the Service: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and our e-mail provider. Providers process data under data processing agreements.
5. Retention
Account data and documents are stored until the account is deleted. Accounting data is stored for the period required by tax law (5 years).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability, to object and to withdraw consent. Exercise your rights by writing to kontakt@szabloneria.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the Service to work (login session) and for statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser — some features may then stop working.
8. Security
We use TLS encryption and store passwords only in hashed form. Complete security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
