Terms of Service

1. General provisions
The Szabloneria service (the "Service") is provided by Zordon Intelligence Sp. z o.o., based in Łódź, Poland, VAT ID 7252358503, KRS 0001190915, e-mail: kontakt@szabloneria.pl. By using the Service you accept these terms.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides a library of document templates (cold emails, proposals, CVs, B2B contracts, difficult conversations, marketing content) with an editor for online editing, DOCX/TXT export and — on the Premium plan — cloud save and version history.
3. User account
You create an account with an e-mail address and password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. The account may not be shared with third parties beyond ordinary use.
4. Free and Premium plans
The Free plan is free and includes editing, TXT export and copying content. The Premium plan is paid (19 zł/year) and includes DOCX export, cloud save and edit history. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time — Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Invoices
After a Premium purchase we issue a VAT invoice to the e-mail address provided at checkout. Missing invoice details may need to be completed before the document is issued.
6. Copyright in templates
Template content is an original work of Zordon Intelligence. By using the Service you receive a license to use the templates for yourself and your clients, including commercial use. You may not resell, sublicense or publish the templates as a ready-made product.
7. Cloud save
On the Premium plan your documents are stored in the cloud. Do not store data whose processing is prohibited by law. The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability — keep your own copies of important documents.
8. Liability
Templates are model documents and do not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice. Before using legal documents (e.g. contracts) consider consulting a lawyer. The Service is provided "as is". Our liability for damages arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. Cloud documents are deleted within 30 days of account deletion. We may suspend the Service in case of a breach of these terms or the law.
10. Complaints
Submit complaints to kontakt@szabloneria.pl. We respond within 14 days of receipt, sending the answer to the complainant's e-mail.
11. Governing law and final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the common court in Łódź. These terms may be amended with notice sent to the user's e-mail address.
